Veterinary Technician Assistant

Client Experience Specialist
Our patients do not walk in the door without their owners, our clients. A CES at Alma Vet Connection is there to help arrivals and departures happen smoothly, all while answering phones and coordinating with the rest of the team. There are a lot of moving parts to our day, and a skilled CES makes sense of it all to create an efficient workflow. An exceptional CES will do all of this with the patience and empathy to lean into our core values and build connections with our clients, our patients, and each other. We never want our clients to feel we left questions unanswered or that we don’t care about them or their pets. We expect this level of service from all of our team, and no one understands this more than our CES, who is so much more than a receptionist. Student Externships
We welcome the opportunity to have DVM and CVT/LVT candidates do externships at our practice. We understand that being part of a new environment can be intimidating, and we want to help you celebrate learning and putting your education into action. Some things you may be doing for the first time, whether technical, interpersonal, or communication skills, and we are here to support you in that challenge.
